HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

There are four easy steps to follow when using the site ordering system.

1. Choose your product type from the list.

2. Select the colour option you require.

3. Upload your design and place it in the pre-selected areas you would like your logo to be embroidered.

4. Select the quantity and sizes you require.

5. Add any special instructions for us,

WHAT SIZE WILL MY LOGO BE?

We work on two size areas. There is the STANDARD size, which is for the front chest areas and also the nape of the neck. Then there is the LARGE area which goes on the back.

The STANDARD area can be up to 3.5” x 3.5” approx.

The LARGE area can be up to 12” x 8” approx.

If you want your logo to be a specific size, just place a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS area of the Shopping Cart.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER TURNAROUND TIME.

We try and get all our orders dispatched as soon as possible.  We give a standard turnaround time of two weeks. But we usually get our orders dispatched before that time.

I'M AFTER A SPECIFIC GARMENT THAT IS NOT LISTED IN YOUR CATALOGUE, CAN YOU OBTAIN IT FOR ME?

We can give it shot. If you contact us with the item specifics we will try and track it down for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because each order is specific to the customer,we can not offer returns unless the garment is faulty.

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT.

This is rare but can happen sometimes. Just email us and we will sort it out for you.

I'M NOT SURE HOW MY LOGO / DESIGN WILL LOOK WHEN EMBROIDERED?

Email us your logo and we will send you a picture back of how your logo looks once it has been embroidered. This is free because we are nice people.
